Questions partners ask us.
Does my client’s data leave their machine safely?
The agent only syncs companies you explicitly approve — discovery never uploads anything. Transport is encrypted, and every sync is verified (debits = credits) so you can prove nothing was dropped or duplicated.
We already have a scrutiny checklist in Excel.
So did every firm we talk to. The difference is these checks run against every entry automatically, on every sync — not against whatever a first-year article had time to sample.
Will it work with our Tally setup?
It speaks TallyPrime’s own gateway on the standard port. Multi-company, group companies, split financial years — the agent discovers what Tally has open and you choose what syncs.
What if the books change mid-audit?
That’s the point of live sync. The agent re-syncs every 15 minutes, the checks re-evaluate what changed, and the verification stamp tells you the books still balance.
Do I need to install anything on my own computer?
No. The agent runs on the machine with Tally (usually the client’s). You and your team review everything in the browser.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Pick a plan to continue, or export everything to Excel first — your working papers are yours either way.
